Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Michigan team. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and support the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State Certified Nursing Assistant License/Certification required.
• Current CPR certificate or be certified within 90 days of employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, exercising).
• Provide physical support for daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients.
• Monitor and record vital signs under supervision.
• Communicate patient behavior and mood changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure safe and appropriate patient care plans and diet.
• Maintain clean rooms and beds; assist with transports as needed.
