Job summary

PACS is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care and assistance to residents per their care plans in a post-acute setting. You will identify residents, take vital signs, assist with daily activities, and document care accurately under supervision.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient interaction, adherence to policies, and teamwork with nursing staff to maintain quality of care in a low-noise environment. Night and day shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents using wristbands or photo IDs before procedures.
• Keep accurate flow sheets, notes and charts.
• Report changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any breaches.
