Job summary

HumanGood in Boise, Idaho is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver compassionate, person-directed care and support residents in daily living, activities, and recreation. You will help create a safe environment while promoting independence and meaningful engagement.

We offer Full-Time Day/Evening/NOC and Part-Time shifts with competitive pay ($20-$25/hour) plus shift differentials and a strong benefits package including health, PTO, 401(k), HSA, and education support.

Schedules Available (SIGN ON BONUS FOR BOTH FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS)

Full-Time Day shifts, from 6AM-2PM Part-Time Evening shifts, from 2PM-10PM Full-Time Evening shifts, from 2PM-10PM Part-Time NOC shifts, from 10PM - 6AM Full-Time NOC shifts, from 10PM - 6AM

Pay range:

$20-25 per hour, base pay, depending on years of licensed CNA experience + shift differentials for qualifying shifts

Shift Differentials:

$1 for Evening shift, $2 for NOC shift

To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
