HumanGood in Escondido, CA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver person-directed care under our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care, focusing on maximizing residents' independence through ADLs, daily activities, and therapeutic recreation, in a safe, compassionate environment.

This full-time role offers PM shifts 3 PM–11 PM, a 4-on/2-off rotating schedule, competitive pay from $21 to $27 per hour, shift differential for PM and weekend shifts, plus tuition assistance and a strong

Description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Available shifts: PM Shift 3 PM- 11 PM
• 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule

Compensation:

• Pay range for is Skilled Nursing- $21.00-$27.00/hr (please note, if you are interested in Assisted Living or Memory Care, pay ranges vary by department)
• Shift differential for PM, NOC and all Weekend shifts
• Shift differential for extra shifts picked up

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
