Job summary

Regents Point - a HumanGood community in California is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide person-directed care and assist residents with daily living, activities, and recreation. You will help create a safe, supportive environment that enables residents to maximize independence.

Available full-time PM shifts (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm), five days a week. Pay ranges from $21 to $26 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, plus benefits including PTO, holidays, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate required.
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• New grads welcome.

Job description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Available shifts: Full time PM (3:00 pm – 11 pm), must be available 5 days a week.

Pay Range $21 to $26 an hour, depending on experience $1.50 shift differential

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• New grads are welcome!
