Job summary

HumanGood seeks caregivers to support residents in Santa Barbara, CA. The role covers a spectrum from basic daily care to recreational activities, with a focus on independence and participation in a safe environment.

CPR certification is required, prior CNA or caregiving experience helps, and new grads are welcome. The position offers evenings and days shifts with differential pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Description

HumanGood actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Develops awareness of residents' interests and needs and assists residents in maximizing their independence and participation. Provides exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living to recreational activities. Creates a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Pay Range: $26-$29/hr depending on experience + stackable shift differentials listed below:

• Evenings: +$2/hr
• Days: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience
• Current CPR Certification
• New grads are welcome!
