Job summary

HumanGood in California is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver person-directed care that enhances residents’ independence and daily living. You will assist with activities of daily living, provide compassionate support, and help create a safe, respectful living environment across memory care, skilled nursing, and assisted living settings.

Shifts include AM, PM, and NOC, with PM availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• Open to Skilled Nursing, Memory Support and Assisted Living.
• New grads are welcome!

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Shift:

• AM /PM / NOC shift: availability for PM shift is preferred.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• Being open to Skilled Nursing, Memory Support and Assisted Living
