Job summary

Regents Point - a HumanGood community in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time NOC shift (11pm–7am). You will assist residents with daily living activities, support independence, and help create a safe environment while delivering compassionate care.

Requirements include a CNA certificate; prior caregiving experience is preferred, and new grads are welcome. Earn a competitive hourly rate with benefits and a shift differential of $1.50.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care. Available shifts: Full time NOC (11pm – 7am), must be available 5 days a week. Pay Range $21 to $26 an hour, depending on experience $1.50 shift differential To be successful in the role, you would have: Certified Nursing Assistant certificate Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred New grads are welcome!
