Redwood Terrace - a HumanGood community is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care and support to residents. You would work on a PM shift (3 PM–11 PM) in a full-time, 4 days on/2 days off rotating schedule, helping residents with daily activities and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or actively enrolled in CNA program.
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• New grads are welcome.

• Provide resident care from basic needs to activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Act according to our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care to shape resident experiences.

Redwood Terrace - a HumanGood community

Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Available shifts: PM Shift 3 PM- 11 PM
• 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule

Compensation:

• Pay range for is Skilled Nursing- $21.00-$27.00/hr (please note, if you are interested in Assisted Living or Memory Care, pay ranges vary by department)
• Shift differential for PM, NOC and all Weekend shifts
• Shift differential for extra shifts picked up

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
