Job summary

HumanGood is seeking an attentive caregiver for a Full Time Night shift (11 pm to 7 am) in California. The role supports residents from basic care to daily living activities, including recreational activities, while maintaining a safe environment.

Successful candidates will have CNA or caregiving experience and CPR certification; new grads are welcome. The package includes competitive hourly pay plus shift differentials and a robust benefits program.

Job description

HumanGood actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Develops awareness of residents' interests and needs and assists residents in maximizing their independence and participation. Provides exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living to recreational activities. Creates a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Full Time Nightss, 11 pm to 7 am; 4/2 schedule

Pay Range: $23-$28/hr depending on experience + stackable shift differentials listed below:

• Evenings: +$2/hr
• NOC (Overnights): +$3/hr

To be successful in the role, you would have:
