Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility and strength through range-of-motion exercises and walking.
• Monitor health by checking vital signs and documenting changes.
• Provide medication cues and document compliance.
• Support daily life with meals, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship.
• Advocate for safety by following infection-control and fall-prevention protocols and documenting in EMR.
