Azalea Home Care in Gwinnett County is seeking dependable CNAs and PCAs to join our PRN team. We offer flexible shifts, nurse-led mentorship, and caregiver-first scheduling that puts you in control.

Formación

• Active CNA license (state-specific)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift/transfer clients
• Basic computer/app skills for charting
• Empathy, professionalism and commitment to client dignity

Responsabilidades

• Deliver hands-on support: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers
• Promote mobility and strength: ROM exercises, walking, and therapy routines
• Monitor health: vital signs, fluids/food intake, and report changes
• Provide medication cues and documentation
• Support daily life: meals, light housekeeping, errands and companionship
• Advocate for safety: infection-control and fall-prevention protocols, document in EMR

Azalea Home Care is looking for dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our PRN team in Gwinnett County.

We’re building a roster of 5–10 caregivers who can be contacted to cover open shifts as needed. Applicants should have availability for weekday and/ or weekend hours.

Position Details:

• PRN/as-needed shifts throughout Gwinnett County
• Weekday and weekend coverage
• Hours depend on available cases and coverage needs; shifts are not guaranteed

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands‑on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility & strength: help with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and physician‑directed therapy routines.
• Monitor health: check vital signs, track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
• Support daily life: prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.
• Advocate for safety: follow all infection‑control and fall‑prevention protocols, keep accurate EMR notes via our easy‑to‑use app.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma/GED and active CNA license (state‑specific)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—employer‑paid)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift/transfer clients
• Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication
