Job summary

Azalea Home Care in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a dedicated CNA or PCA for a full-time weekday schedule (9:00 AM–4:00 PM). You will provide one-on-one in-home care, assist with daily activities, and support clients with mobility and safety while following established protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Georgia CNA or PCA certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Providing safe transfers, repositioning, and mobility assistance.
• Assisting with walking and range-of-motion exercises.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in a client’s condition.
• Providing medication reminders as directed.
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration.
• Performing light housekeeping and client-related errands.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Following infection-control, fall-prevention, and client safety protocols.
• Completing accurate visit documentation through our mobile care platform.
