Home Care Evolution in Suwanee, GA is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver hands-on client support in a home-care setting. You’ll assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while ensuring safety and privacy.

Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 10:30 AM–5:30 PM (28 hours/week). Company‑paid training, OTA and ongoing mentorship available to grow your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Empathy and professionalism in patient care.
• Ability to use basic computer/app tools for charting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on support with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility through ROM exercises and tailored routines.
• Monitor health by checking vital signs and reporting changes.
• Provide medication cues and document compliance.
• Support daily life with meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship.
• Follow infection-control and fall-prevention protocols and document EMR notes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands‑on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility & strength: help with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and physician‑directed therapy routines.
• Monitor health: check vital signs, track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
• Support daily life: prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.
• Advocate for safety: follow all infection‑control and fall‑prevention protocols, keep accurate EMR notes via our easy‑to‑use app.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma/GED and active CNA license (state‑specific)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—employer‑paid)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift/transfer clients
• Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication
