Job summary

Azalea Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join a compassionate team in Georgia. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide patient-centered care, and support mobility alongside nurses and care staff.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package. Starting pay ranges from $15.75 to $18.15 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
