Job summary

John Knox Village is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care and support the facility's policies and PRIDE values. You will monitor vitals, assist with activities of daily living, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting to the supervising nurse.

CPR certification is preferred, and MO/KS CNA credentials may be required depending on location. A valid driver's license is also expected, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• This job requires a high school diploma or GED.
• MO CNA certification required if in MO; KS CNA and Home Health aide certification for KS.
• Current CPR certification preferred; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care to residents and assists with ADLs as directed.
• Records temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures timely and accurately.
• Ensures residents are clean, dry and comfortable and documents care.
• Reports resident information to supervising nurse or manager promptly.
