Cogir Senior Living in Vancouver, WA is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote safety and dignity, and work within a team to create a supportive environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, a valid CNA/HCA license, and current First Aid/CPR or the ability to obtain them. Weekend rotation may be required. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Prioritize independence and emotional support through compassionate care and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Maintain open communication among residents, families, and healthcare staff.
