Cogir Senior Living in Everett, WA is seeking caring Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity.

You'll work in a team to ensure safety, comfort, and well-being, support memory care residents, and participate in life enrichment activities. Valid CNA/HCA license and First Aid/CPR are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) while following safety protocols.
• Provide compassionate care, promoting independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Light housekeeping such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
