Powdersville Post Acute is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility in Easley, SC, seeking compassionate CNAs for full-time roles. You will provide direct resident care, support daily living activities, and help create a safe environment for residents.

We offer $16–$18/hour with a $2/hour weekend differential, plus up to $5,000 toward nursing school loan repayment and multiple benefits. PRN opportunities exist within our network and career growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist residents with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and repositioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
