Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate care across multiple facilities. You’ll support personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities while collaborating with RNs and doctors to ensure quality patient outcomes.

We offer flexible assignments, competitive pay ($21–$22/hour with same/next-day pay), and strong benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and an ESOP. Weekly pay helps you manage finances effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Michigan CNA certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Compassionate and good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients in facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers and hospitals.
• Work with a team of physicians, RNs, LPNs and aides to deliver excellent patient care.
• Help with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes.
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment.
