Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple facilities in Michigan. You will work with a team of clinicians to meet daily needs, monitor vitals, and document changes, while enjoying flexible assignments and rapid pay options.

Earn $21–$22 per hour with same-day/next-day pay, and access comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, retirement plans, and ESOP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Active Michigan CNA certification required.
• Knowledge of state/federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Compassionate, good communicator; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for personal care and hygiene of patients in facilities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides to deliver care.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutrition.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals, intake/output, glucose, and document changes.
• Observe patients and notify supervisor of changes in care or equipment.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients in facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers and hospitals
• Work with a team of physicians, RNs, LPNs and aides to deliver excellent patient care
• Help with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment

A few must-haves for CNAs:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
