Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care across multiple facilities in Michigan. Enjoy flexible assignments, competitive pay, and the chance to broaden your skills while advancing your nursing career.

As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, support team care, and help maintain patient comfort in nursing homes, assisted living, and hospitals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Active CNA certification in Michigan.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients in facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers and hospitals
• Work with a team of physicians, RNs, LPNs and aides to deliver excellent patient care
• Help with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment
