Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking CNAs to support seniors in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Belleville, Milan and Saline with day, evening and overnight shifts. Flexible scheduling and a 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio help you balance life and work.

As a CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and home safety, while building skills through online training and CEUs. Rasmussen University tuition discounts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred
• CPR certification required
• Valid Michigan driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

Current Schedule Openings: Weekends: 8:00am-12:00pm, 4:00pm-9:00pm, 7:00am-3:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am
