Job summary

Interim HealthCare Hospice in Grandville, MI is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team. In this CNA role you will provide essential daily living assistance and monitor patient safety, with support from management who values your contributions.

The position offers flexible assignments, weekly pay, and a benefits package including health coverage and retirement plans. You will work in a respected home health and hospice environment dedicated to patient comfort

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active CNA certification in Michigan.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Compassionate, good communicator, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, nail care, skin care, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Follow the assignment sheet and perform only tasks that are assigned.
• Recognize, report, and document changes in patient condition and safety to the supervisor.
