Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to support seniors in Ann Arbor and nearby communities. We offer flexible 2-4 hour and 8-12 hour shifts, with Day, Evening, and Overnight options to fit your life while delivering compassionate home care.

As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, provide personal care, and help clients stay safe at home. We support growth with online training, tuition discounts, and a 1:1 patient ratio in a family-like culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate and helpful nature; good communicator; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.

Weekends: 8:00am-12:00pm, 4:00pm-9:00pm, 7:00am-3:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am
