Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care on 8-hour shifts (7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm). You will assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily routines while upholding dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must have valid South Carolina CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 18+ years old.
• Experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to follow individualized care plans.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times.

Position Details

$18-$19/hour | Full-Time

Shifts Needed (8hr Shifts)

• 1st Shift: 7am-3pm
• 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm
