Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute is a 124-bed skilled nursing facility in Greenville, SC, hiring full-time CNAs to provide direct resident care and support daily living activities in a safe, comfortable environment.

We offer 1st shift 7a-3p and 2nd shift 3p-11p with competitive pay of $17–$18/hour, up to $2/hour shift differential, and generous incentives including a $150 weekend bonus and $5,000 nursing school loan repayment or tuition reimbursement. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Compassion for seniors and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
