Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring CNAs to join a compassionate, patient-centered care team. Shifts include 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm with weekend rotations, offering competitive pay and benefits for full-time staff.

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring CNAs! Shifts: Full-time, 6am-2pm with a weekend rotation Full-time, 2pm-10pm with a weekend rotation At Hilltop Park Post Acute, compassion is at the heart of everything we do. Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO
• Must possess, at a minimum, 10th grade education
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Rate Range - $20- $26/hour
