HomeWell Senior Care, Inc. in Crown Point, IN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. You will work one-on-one with seniors, providing a range of in-home care services to help them age in place with dignity.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay ($16-17 per hour), paid mileage, training, and opportunities for advancement. This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and high-quality, person-centered care.

Competenze

• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care is a plus.
• Daily access to email, Internet, and a mobile phone.
• TB test (negative) as required by Indiana state.
• Able to lift/pull approx. 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.

You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of care services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Social companionship

• Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings
• Standby assistance with transfers

Qualifications

• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
• Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test (as required by the State of Indiana)
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
