Job summary

HomeWell Care Services of NWI is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care for seniors, enabling them to age in place with dignity. You will work one-on-one with clients, delivering a range of care services and building meaningful relationships with older adults.

Responsibilities include companionship, daily living support, medication reminders, transportation, and safety oversight. Flexible schedules and advancement opportunities are offered along with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
• Proof of current, negative TB test as required by the State of Indiana
• Must be physically able to perform duties, including lifting up to ~25lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance
• Compassionate heart for older adults
• Excellent communication skills
• Mature, caring, punctual and reliable

Responsibilities

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Social companionship

• Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test (as required by the State of Indiana)
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
