Job summary

HomeWell Senior Care, Inc. seeks compassionate caregivers to assist elderly clients in daily living tasks and companionship across the United States. You will help with activities such as meal prep, medication reminders, grooming, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.

This role emphasizes dignity, safety, and individualized care. We offer flexible schedules, paid mileage, rapid onboarding, and opportunities for advancement, with a supportive team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification is required, but CNA, HHA, or 6 months plus caring for geriatric, chronically ill, or disabled persons preferred
• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
• Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test (as required by the State of Indiana)
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
