ECS Group is seeking a certified Field Services Team Leader to oversee a team of construction materials testing technicians in the Aberdeens area. The role focuses on safe, accurate field work, scheduling, staffing, and quality control while maintaining positive client relations and ECS Core Values.

The position emphasizes leadership, operational oversight, and collaboration with project managers to ensure timely and compliant project execution.

Competenze

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic electronic devices.
• Maintain required certifications per ECS policy.
• Valid driver’s license if driving for ECS.
• Knowledge of construction materials testing principles and standards.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise a team of field technicians.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, including scheduling and staffing.
• Ensure projects are staffed with trained and qualified technicians.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and PPE use.
• Manage field equipment calibration, maintenance, and inventory.
• Communicate daily with technicians, PMs, and contractors.
• Support recruiting and staffing to maintain team levels.
• Review field reports for quality and timeliness.
• Perform field testing, observation, and inspection as needed.
• Support project execution and client meetings.
