• Four years of related experience in field leadership.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required for company travel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of construction materials testing technicians.
• Manage day-to-day field operations including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure staff is trained and qualified; enforce safety policies and PPE.
• Review field reports for quality and timeliness.
• Support project delivery, client interactions, and business development.
