ECS Limited, Dover team is seeking a certified Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Assistant Team Leader to support coordination, supervision, and development of field staff while assisting in testing operations. This role blends field and office duties, including scheduling support, training, equipment management, and project coordination.

The Assistant Team Leader will act as a growing field leader, ensuring safe, accurate, on-time work and a strong customer service approach in line with ECS

Competenze

• 3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain basic certifications and any advanced certifications necessary for the work performed as per company policy.
• Valid driver’s license if driving for ECS subsidiary.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance field execution with coordination responsibilities.

Mansioni

• Assist with management and coordination of field staff.
• Support scheduling and staffing of technicians for project assignments.
• Mentor and train field technicians for competency and development.
• Promote safety culture and PPE usage.
• Assist with safety training and compliance efforts.
• Perform field testing, observation, and inspection as needed.
• Communicate daily with technicians, project managers, and contractors.
• Assist with calibration and maintenance of field equipment and records.
• Support inventory management for equipment and supplies.
• Assist with recruiting and staffing to maintain team levels.
• Review and support field documentation and reporting accuracy.
• Provide support to Project Managers and Department leadership.
• Attend project meetings and support field coordination efforts.
• May assist with business development and client interaction.
• Perform other leadership and technical duties as assigned.
