Job summary

Logitech is seeking a CMS Product & Program Manager to oversee the management, configuration, and support of core enablement initiatives across the CMS, CRM, and LMS. You will lead cross-functional projects with sales, marketing, and IT to deliver enhancements on time and aligned with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in sales enablement, CMS/LMS experience, proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, and learning platforms, plus strong communication and testing leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement with cross-functional platform management.
• CMS and LMS platforms experience; Seismic and Adobe Learning Management preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong collaboration within a team.
• Able to work across Logitech sales, marketing and adjacent departments.

Responsibilities

• Configure CMS settings and workflows to meet organizational needs.
• Manage multi-workstreams across global teams for CMS/LMS enhancements.
• Define expectations for CMS admin requests, reports, and enhancements.
• Manage user roles and permissions across CMS and LMS.
• Provide weekly status reports for CMS and LMS requests and bugs.
• Design and generate CMS/LMS reports for business groups.
