Logitech is seeking a CMS Product & Program Manager to oversee CMS/LMS configurations, coordinate with CRM and LMS, and drive improvements. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage user permissions, and deliver timely CMS enhancements while maintaining security and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and experience with CMS/LMS platforms (Seismic/Adobe LMS preferred). Hybrid work with occasional travel to NY metro is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement with platform management focus.
• Experience with CMS and LMS platforms (Seismic/Adobe LMS preferred).
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Configure CMS settings and workflows to meet business needs.
• Coordinate CMS and LMS enhancements with global teams to meet releases.
• Define admin expectations, support requests, and reporting needs.
• Manage user permissions and auto-assign roles across CMS and LMS.
• Provide weekly status reports on CMS/LMS requests and bugs.
• Create tailored CMS/LMS reports for business groups.
