Job summary

Logitech is seeking a CMS Product & Program Manager (L4B) to own content systems across CMS and LMS, coordinating with CRM and learning platforms. You will manage complex workstreams, define admin expectations, and drive timely feature releases aligned to business goals. Strong communication, collaborative mindset, and experience with UAT are essential.

You will work with global teams, oversee reporting, and ensure data security and brand standards while traveling to key offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement with a focus on managing platforms cross functionally.
• Experience managing CMS and LMS platforms (Seismic and Adobe Learning preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Project management mindset to bridge IT requirements with business use cases, including UAT lead.
• Experience using Asana and JIRA for IT use-case tickets.

Responsibilities

• Configure CMS settings and workflows to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure CMS/LMS enhancements align with business objectives.
• Define and maintain expectations for admin requests, reporting needs, and enhancements.
• Manage user groups/roles across CMS and LMS with automated assignments.
• Provide weekly status reports for CMS and LMS requests and bugs.
• Design/generate tailored CMS and LMS reports for different business groups.
• Lead UAT and bridge IT requirements with business use cases.
