Job summary

Castrol is seeking a CMS Account Manager to serve as the primary customer-facing leader for assigned accounts, managing relationships, operational performance, profitability, and satisfaction across industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 4–6 years in Chemical Management Services or industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Direct CMS experience with industrial customers and account management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary customer-facing CMS account manager for assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain profitable, long-term customer relationships across functions including operations, engineering, purchasing, finance, and senior leadership.
• Lead regular customer business reviews, communicate performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance related to industrial lubricants and their applications within manufacturing operations.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities, track spending, and support pricing strategy and profitability.
