Castrol is seeking a CMS Account Manager to lead assigned CMS accounts, managing customer relationships, performance, profitability, and satisfaction across manufacturing environments.

You will develop strategic partnerships, lead business reviews, and deliver technical guidance on lubricants and metalworking fluids to optimize operations and value for customers. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of CMS or related industrial experience.
• Direct CMS experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids, including fluids and oils.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary customer-facing leader for CMS accounts, managing customer relationships, operational performance, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain profitable, long-term strategic customer relationships, collaborating across operations, engineering, purchasing, finance, and senior leadership.
• Lead regular customer business reviews, communicate performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance related to industrial lubricants and their applications within manufacturing operations.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities, support pricing strategy, customer communications, and cash collection efforts.
