Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is hiring a CMO Training Supervisor to oversee training operations in the CMO manufacturing departments. The role covers onboarding, curriculum ownership, GMP training, and SOP updates, with a focus on cGMP compliance across shifts.

The position is on-site, full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30, offering benefits starting on day one, including FSA/HSA, Life, AD&D, Disability, and EAP. Prior pharma or regulated industry training experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in hard science, communications, business or applicable discipline desired.
• 4+ years related experience required.
• Pharmaceutical Experience, Teaching or Training Experience or Other Regulated Industry Experience desired.
• Prolong Sitting and Standing required.
• Scrub, Smock trained to occasionally enter ISO or Grade areas required.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned training operations including onboarding of new personnel, curricula ownership, training coordinator activities, content creation and manufacturing compliance of training items.
• Review and update training documentation for CMO manufacturing areas.
• Provide cGMP, GDP, job task and safety training for personnel in SVP areas.
• Generate, update and maintain area Standard Operating Procedures and ensure cGMP compliance through training and auditing.
• Supervise hourly employee performance and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.
• Conduct deviation investigations and implement corrective actions, including CAPA and change control.
• Order production supplies and equipment required for training.
• Prepare training compliance reports and data sets.
• Interview new employees, provide coaching, conduct evaluations and set objectives.
• Coordinate with supporting departments to resolve training problems promptly.
