Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA, is looking for a CMO Engineering Line Lead to guide the engineering team on the CMO line, manage capital projects, and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. This role collaborates across functions to deliver technically robust solutions.

The position requires a BS in engineering and at least 5+ years of pharmaceutical/fda-regulated experience, and is based on site with weekday days.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Manufacturing).
• Minimum 5+ years of related engineering experience in pharma.
• Experience in a FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Facility engineering experience within a cGMP setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and leadership to the engineering team on the CMO line.
• Drive improvements and respond to equipment and facility observations.
• Manage capital project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee engineering projects including internal capital and compliance work.
• Coordinate staffing for current and upcoming projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
• Support client audits and technical visits.
• Communicate project status and issues to upper management.
