Responsibilities include driving improvements, coordinating staffing, and ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations while supporting growth and innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience in engineering.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and leadership to the engineering team on the CMO line.
• Drive technical improvements and responses to equipment and facility observations.
• Manage capital project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee engineering projects including internal capital, compliance, and contract manufacturing.
• Coordinate staffing for current and upcoming projects.
• Ensure compliance of area, equipment and infrastructures with regulatory agencies.
• Execute high level projects aligned with management growth objectives.
• Manage facility and equipment updates to support growth and cost objectives.
• Support client audits and technical visits.
• Communicate project status and issues to upper management.
