Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. in Durham, NC seeks a CMMS Administrator to support the Facilities and Engineering team. You will manage CMMS asset profiles, create BOMs, and ensure accurate maintenance parts inventory while generating performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of industrial manufacturing experience (GxP pharmaceutical preferred).
• GMP knowledge and good documentation practices required.
• Change control management experience in a GxP environment.

Responsibilities

• Update and create asset profiles, schedules and work instructions with input from FE team and SMEs.
• Create Bill Of Materials in CMMS and organize spare parts with input from maintenance team and SMEs.
• Fulfillment of parts needed and staged for predefined preventative maintenance or on-demand work orders.
• Run queries and reports to produce performance metrics for the maintenance team.
• Maintain CMMS inventory management system including storage, organization and reconciliation of materials.
