Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• Experience with CMMS and documentation practices.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or pharma environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reading technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and utility systems using CMMS.
• Train on and follow applicable SOPs and work plans.
• Adhere to safe work practices and document maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities, equipment, and systems including motors, pumps, boilers, chillers, and water systems.
• Support system improvements, root-cause investigations, CAPA and change controls where applicable.
