Job Snapshot
As the CMMS Program Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing an effective computerized maintenance management system to support the Maintenance and Reliability Engineering department. This role will require a mix of tactical insight to understand the current environment and the strategic vision to forecast the future needs of the team and build the system to support our growth.

You will...

1. Build the CMMS database strategy to maximize usability for our team in the field while providing the necessary data to department leadership to inform business priorities.
2. Act as the department interface with the CMMS vendor to develop solutions for issues as they arise.
3. Interface with department leadership to anticipate future needs of the system and develop an ongoing CMMS approach.
4. Develop a new site launch and acquisition transition strategy to maximize Day 1 deployment and utilization.
5. Work with CMMS-related Program Managers and Associate Program Managers to develop comprehensible, practical system procedures and workflows.
6. Be an active partner in developing the maintenance strategy for the organization.
7. Mentor and train department personnel on the system’s use.
8. Partner with Engineering to develop database interfaces as needed.

You have…

1. 2+ years’ experience managing CMMSs or databases within a maintenance environment.
2. Proficient use of applications within MS Office Suite or Google Suite, especially Excel.
3. Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Knowledgeable in GMP/TPM/LEAN and strong continuous improvement and project/program management skills.
6. Comfortable working in cold environments with some areas of facility at 40F.
7. Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change.
8. High level of integrity and ethics with excellent follow-through.
9. Ability to travel as needed (Up to 75%).
