A leading company is seeking a Senior ASIC/SoC/SW Program Manager to oversee project milestones and enhance collaboration among engineering teams. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineering teams to coordinate development efforts, resolve roadblocks and optimize workflows
• Define project milestones, key delivery dates, and success metrics while proactively mitigating risks and dependencies
• Drive stakeholder engagement including internal leadership, partners, and customers to align expectations and father feedback
• Establish and refine the program management processes, best practices, and tools
• Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring transparency and helping to align on priorities
• Partner with the CTO to share and refine product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with product strategy, team deliverables, and long-term vision
Skills & Experience Required:
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across technical and executive teams
• Experience working with engineering teams including ASIC, SoC, and software development teams
• Proven experience in program management within the semiconductor industry, or related hardware product company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks
• Strong technical understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles, preferable in secure computing applications
