The Systems Delivery Program Manager -UX Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager with a UX background to lead the design, development, and optimization of internal and external systems that drive personalized resource delivery. In this hybrid role, you’ll combine your expertise in user experience design with your knowledge of enterprise systems to ensure our technology stack supports tailored, intelligent content and resource delivery across the organization and throughout the customer journey.

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to align system capabilities with personalization goals.
    • Interface with client success and content teams to understand resource consumption patterns and optimize delivery mechanisms.
  • Personalization & Optimization
    • Leverage behavioral data, user profiles, and usage history to improve system-driven personalization logic.
    • Evaluate and implement tools, algorithms, or AI/ML capabilities that enhance automated content recommendations and delivery.

  • Project Oversight
    • Manage project timelines, vendor relationships, and budgets related to system tools and platforms.
We’re Looking For a Teammate With

  • 5+ years of experience in information systems management, with at least 2 years focused on UX, personalization, or user journey design.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end system implementation projects with a focus on user-centric outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of personalization frameworks, data tagging, content management systems, and automation tools.
  • Experience with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and knowledge of design principles.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a data software or SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of machine learning or recommendation algorithms.
  • Background in human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, or a related field.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $94,930.00 USD MIN – $ 106,745.00 USD MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
