Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in Business, Industrial Technology, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of administrative, maintenance support, data entry, or CMMS experience preferred.
• MS Office experience, especially Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing, facilities, maintenance, or industrial environment preferred.
• CMMS experience with Maximo, Maintenance Connection, or eMaint is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment, asset, and PM records in the CMMS.
• Enter, update, and verify maintenance data for accuracy.
• Assist in creating PM procedures, work instructions, and standard job plans.
• Maintain PM schedules, assets, and work order information.
• Review completed work orders for completeness before closure.
• Update maintenance records, labor, and parts usage.
• Collect and organize maintenance data from technicians and supervisors.
• Generate standard reports and spreadsheets for maintenance planning.
• Support CMMS data migration and cleanup during updates.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy maintenance documentation.
• Provide basic CMMS user support and escalate issues as needed.
• Follow procedures related to quality, safety, and documentation.
• Support special projects and updates using Teamcenter and other admin tasks.
