Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services division seeks an experienced RME Planner to oversee CMMS administration, asset data, and spare parts inventory using Infor EAM at our Ohio facility. You will manage work orders, PM plans, and data accuracy while driving efficiency in maintenance operations.

The role requires strong data analysis, training abilities, and collaboration with facilities teams to implement cost improvements and best practices in CMMS usage.

Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree or professional training in business, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years' experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE preferred).
• Experience in maintenance distribution, inventory control, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility's PI metrics to management; interpret data and make recommendations.
• Develop and maintain equipment metadata (manufacturer, model, serial number, system structure) in EAM.
• Develop and maintain Work Order data: adding equipment, planning, scheduling.
• Develop FC-specific PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages.
• Support management in WO data accuracy and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system: creation, planning, updates, closure.
• Develop and maintain spare parts metadata and supplier info.
• Drive materials management: Requisitions, POs, receipts; 5S; cycle counts; KPIs.
• Collaborate to reduce costs and improve parts quality.
• Roll out new functionality with EAM team; training end users.
• Coach staff on CMMS best practices.
