Job summary

C&W Services, a division of Cushman & Wakefield, is seeking an experienced RME Planner to oversee CMMS administration, asset management, and work planning at our New York location. You will manage equipment metadata, WOs, PM plans, and spare parts data while driving efficiency in a fast-paced facility environment.

The role requires hands-on CMMS experience (Infor EAM ASE), strong data analysis and communication skills, and the ability to train end users.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree or professional training in a related field.
• 4+ years enterprise asset management software experience (Infor EAM ASE preferred).
• 1-3+ years in maintenance distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, self-driven and organized.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics and interpret data for leadership.
• Maintain equipment metadata, including model, serial numbers, and structure.
• Manage Work Orders: add equipment to PMs, schedule due dates, input data.
• Develop PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages for facilities.
• Support WO data accuracy: hours, parts, types, and closure notes.
• Coach staff on CMMS use and provide end-user training.
• Maintain spare parts metadata and manage store materials process.
